JM3 slept for nearly 6 hours last night without eating. Hopefully this will be the new trend for our nights. He had pears tonight for the first time. Since he was also eating green beans, I can honestly say that he prefers pears over green beans. JM1 concurred.
JM2 had speech therapy this morning. He is so cute with the therapist. Her job is to play with him and tell me how she sees his improvement. She also asks me if I am doing the exercises that she has told me about with him. I do them occasionally but when she asks me it's obvious I don't do them enough. Once she mentioned how much one on one time I get with him daily and I laughed. He's lucky to get one on one time a couple of times a week. It's not that I don't want to spend that time with him- it's just that other stuff happens because we have lives to live and I don't live in a box. Do you hear that rationalizing? That's me trying to get the Mother-guilt out of my system.
We went to the Jumping Place today. It's one of those bigs rooms that is filled with giant jumping inflatables. The kids go berzerk there and get lots of energy out. They've been storing energy for 2 days now since it's been raining. They had so much fun that all of us got a nap when we got home. (now that's fun!!)
Not much else exciting today. Tomorrow is Wacky Wednesday at preschool for JM1. He is so excited. He told me tonight at dinnertime that he is going to wear his underpants on his head! We'll see.
